Role Overview
- Provide support to claims department by handling a large volume of claims calls
- Opening new claims thoroughly and accurately
- Collecting and reviewing all claim documents
- Verifying all requirements that have been met
- Providing claim status updates
- Adjudicating claims in accordance with agreement terms and state requirements
- Communicating follow-up information as needed
- Managing escalated cases and handling disputes effectively
- Working independently and proactively
Requirements

- ASE Certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience in automotive mechanical claims, service writing, or repair facility operations
