Act as the primary point of contact for creators and influencers, managing relationships, negotiations (product exchange, deliverables, timelines), and day‑to‑day communications
Own end‑to‑end creator campaigns, from planning and execution through coordination, activation, and performance tracking
Partner cross‑functionally with Ads, Creative, Social, and other internal teams to support vendor‑funded, retail, and organic campaigns
Build and manage a creator community, including recruiting new creators and brand ambassadors, and supporting experiential and in‑person activations (e.g., events)
Support campaign reporting and optimization, with a nice‑to‑understand affiliate and performance‑based creator partnerships and some crossover with the organic social team
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in creator and social media marketing
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
Proven track record in developing campaigns, pitch decks, and managing third-party agencies
Deep understanding of content creator performance, benchmarking, and reporting, including experience with affiliate platforms like Impact or CJ
Comfortable managing multiple priorities, events, and activations in a fast-paced environment
