Lead the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of technology solutions.
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Serve as a development team lead, driving the creation of high-quality, scalable, and high-performance code while mentoring team members to achieve excellence.
Produce detailed technical design documents, conduct walkthroughs, and collaborate on solutions through diagrams, prototypes, and stubbed code.
Work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives.
Proactively respond to and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
10+ years of hands-on experience in application development with proven technical leadership capabilities
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring frameworks (such as Spring Boot), and microservices architecture design
Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, and CSS
Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and full SDLC management
Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar services)
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results.
