Analyze operational, financial, and academic data from network schools to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and monitor continuous improvement plans for network schools based on performance indicators.
Ensure implementation of the franchisor's standards and guidelines at the school level.
Support the development of franchisees and their teams.
Serve as the focal point between the franchisor and schools, bringing field insights to drive continuous business improvement.

Analytical skills and familiarity with operational and financial performance indicators.
Proficiency with Office tools, including Power BI.
Previous experience in management, consulting, or unit operations.
Availability for frequent travel.
Behavioral skills: proactivity, effective communication, organization, teamwork, results orientation, and adaptability.
Preferred: experience in school management and the franchising sector.
