Supervisor, Small & Medium Business Direct Sales, Customer Accounts

Role Overview

• Responsible for a team of business-to-business outbound telesales representatives focused on retaining, expanding, and growing legacy small-to-medium business customers
• Develops, motivates, and coaches representatives to achieve high-volume SMB sales and up-market revenue growth
• Conduct performance reviews and prepare performance improvement plans
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 Years Relevant Work Experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / CB Sales
