Responsible for day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform
Set up, deactivate, and manage users, roles, and permissions within NetSuite
Monitor and maintain data quality, including customer and vendor data cleansing, de-duplication, and record accuracy
Assist with the creation and maintenance of new General Ledger (GL) accounts
Provide timely support to resolve system issues, incidents, and errors
Assist with configuration changes, customisations, and system optimisations to improve efficiency and user experience
Support the creation and maintenance of saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports
Provide support for third-party applications and integrations connected to NetSuite
Assist with system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
