Successful adoption of Simbian’s AI SOC platform across enterprise and MSSP environments
Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sales
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to integrations, deployments, and workflows
Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure smooth implementations and issue resolution
Drive product adoption and value realization post deployment
Partner with sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle

4-8 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or similar roles within cybersecurity
Strong hands-on experience in implementations and integrations (not just demos/pre-sales)
Proven experience working with cybersecurity OEM products and ecosystems
Strong understanding of SOC workflows and security technologies (SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, IAM, etc.)
Hands-on experience with APIs, REST integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments
Ability to work with enterprise security teams and technical stakeholders
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field is preferred.
