Role Overview
- Backport fixes to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) releases
- Contribute to open source tools for tracing of Linux systems based on eBPF and perf
- Develop and test new features and fix reported bugs
- Identify and investigate system deficiencies
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a Czech university (Bachelor’s 3rd/4th year or Master’s) for the full internship duration
- Working knowledge of written and spoken English
- Basic experience with programming in C/C++
- Basic experience with the Git versioning system
- Understanding of how to build the Linux kernel and familiarity with developing kernel code
- Good to have a knowledge of Linux scripting tools like Bash and Python
