Role Overview
Manages small to moderately complex projects, or assists client in execution of portions of engagement.
Develops project work plans and related performance metrics to ensure all project activities are executed against established timelines and budgets.
Uses process improvement, performance improvement or project management methodologies and effective management of internal/external resources assigned to complete activities.
Develops solutions and makes recommendations impacting clients and colleagues.
Identifies and manages change effectively in a changing environment.
Leads meetings/work sessions to support execution of engagements.
Plans, organizes, controls and evaluates projects from concept phase to implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field
Typically requires ~3 years of experience in healthcare payer or provider operations.
Knowledge and expertise in use of project, program management, and performance improvement methodologies and tools.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly around Excel and PowerPoint
