The Senior Developer, Workday Integration will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integration solutions within the organization.
Ensure seamless integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective management and support of Workday integrations.
Develop integration solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuous improvement of Workday integration processes.
Monitor integration performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Provide technical support for integration issues and enhancements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business units.

5+ years of experience in Workday integration development, preferably within HRIS or related fields.
Proven track record of designing and developing Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Workday Web Services.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
