Junior Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Role Overview

• Critically analyze sales data, inventory levels, demand variability and procurement costs, integrating this information into the planning process;
• Determine product requirements for each storage location, ensuring fulfillment of projected demand according to the established plan;
• Manage replenishment routines with carriers, addressing deviations to prevent supply impacts;
• Participate in meetings with Purchasing and Commercial teams, contributing analyses and regional supply strategies;
• Manage inventory to avoid excesses and stockouts, maintaining continuous alignment with the commercial area;
• Work on mitigating contractual penalties with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain preferred;
• Familiarity with SAP BW and SAP R/3 preferred;
• Knowledge of inventory management and control;
• Proactivity and organizational skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical ability, planning and decision-making capacity;
• Agility, sense of priority and collaborative spirit.
