About this role
Role Overview
Assist Head of HR in employee engagement activities
Manage and help run employee council
Run socials and coordinate employee engagement initiatives
Perform HR Administration including management of employee files, ensuring they’re up to date
Collaborate with payroll provider and Finance teams
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees
Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits or internal reporting
Requirements
1 -2 years experience of HR
Support employee engagement activities
Run and manage employee council
Help run socials
Support all UK Questel employees HR
Assist with amendments to HR templates and policies
Assist with GDPR activities
Support benefit administration
Monitor and track probationary periods and appraisals
Process end-to-end payroll for multiple locations
