Drive adoption of Professional Investment Management across advisors and platforms, influencing consistent behaviors and standards.
Lead high-impact coaching engagements that result in measurable changes (e.g., stronger portfolio consistency, improved client investment experience, improved practice efficiency).
Create and evolve model portfolios and portfolio construction guidance (asset allocation philosophy, security selection criteria, rebalancing triggers) to support different needs.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across the business (field leadership and key internal partners) to deliver integrated programs and materials.
Deliver one-on-one consulting on Professional Investment Management aligned to the Financial Planner Guide/key elements, supporting Financial Planners and field leaderships.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics (or similar).
Investment industry accreditation (e.g., CFP, CIM).
CFA completed or in progress is an asset; financial planning designation or post‑graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in financial services with strong market knowledge and experience working with advisors and mass affluent clientele.
Strong investment and product knowledge on different types of investment vehicles (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual funds, ETFs and Cash etc.)
Strong communication and presentation skills, strong relationship management, excellent time management, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
