Role Overview

• Support leadership with projects related to strategy development, planning, and implementation
• Help drive growth, improve affordability of products and services
• Transform operating model enabled by technology
• Focus on transformation across clinical areas
• Work closely with Healthcare Management leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree /Master's degree
• 5 years of general industry experience or 2 years consulting experience
• Growing knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Proactively identify and resolve complex problems
• Managing complex problems with some oversight
• Build strong connections with people and teams
