Apply clinical expertise within an interdisciplinary team to return clients to optimal productivity
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health clinical assessments of disability claims
Clarify medical information and/or interpret medical reports
Evaluate restrictions and limitations to assess levels of impairment
Conduct analysis of medical information and document rational for opinions and next steps
Coordinate with Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants regarding return-to-work services
Provide consultation and education to peers and other constituents
Requirements
LICSW active and unrestricted licensure, MSW preferred
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered
RN active and unrestricted licensure, BSN preferred
Specialty certification such as C-ASWCM, ASAM, CCM, CRRN, PMH Nursing, Forensic Nurse, LCPC/LPC or eligible with desire to pursue a plus
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience working with an adult working age population
Experience in a rehabilitation setting, psychiatric setting, Occupational Health, Case/Care Management, Disability Insurance, Group Benefits, or Workers compensation a plus
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and multi-task
Strong computer skills, proficient in PC environment and MS Word, Excel, and email systems
