Role Overview
- Apply clinical expertise within an interdisciplinary team to return clients to optimal productivity
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health clinical assessments of disability claims
- Clarify medical information and/or interpret medical reports
- Evaluate restrictions and limitations to assess levels of impairment
- Conduct analysis of medical information and document rational for opinions and next steps
- Coordinate with Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants regarding return-to-work services
- Provide consultation and education to peers and other constituents
Requirements
- LICSW active and unrestricted licensure, MSW preferred
- Candidates with relevant experience may be considered
- RN active and unrestricted licensure, BSN preferred
- Specialty certification such as C-ASWCM, ASAM, CCM, CRRN, PMH Nursing, Forensic Nurse, LCPC/LPC or eligible with desire to pursue a plus
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience working with an adult working age population
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting, psychiatric setting, Occupational Health, Case/Care Management, Disability Insurance, Group Benefits, or Workers compensation a plus
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and multi-task
- Strong computer skills, proficient in PC environment and MS Word, Excel, and email systems
