Working with a small team to support ANZ to deliver best in class Engineering SME support to the Work Dynamics accounts.
Support accounts during and post mobilisation and transition to ensure they can operate effectively using available technology.
Promote new and innovative maintenance techniques, while reducing risk on the account.
Ensure client expectation is met or exceeded in all aspects of delivery.
Exploit opportunity to develop and expand engineering delivery in ANZ.
Identify opportunities and requirements to connect other SMEs in the Centre of Expertise Platform to accounts.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years in engineering operations in IFM
A university degree in engineering; Preferably electrical or mechanical.
Direct experience leading/managing others and demonstrating followership.
Experience of account mobilisation and ongoing support services.
Requires a continuous improvement mindset with an ability to promote change amongst teams.
Experience driving and deploying large scaling initiatives and programs across varied people, assets and geographies.
Requires general understanding and can demonstrate understanding Engineering Delivery, commercial implications and risk, and change management.
Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills and ability to quickly identify, respond to and resolve issues.
Should have broad understanding of various IFM commercial structures and implications of each related to operational delivery, especially in the ANZ market.
General understanding and experience with Real Estate Outsourcing, and client needs and expectations.
