Role Overview

- Study and apply the main Incentive Laws (Culture and Sports).
- Serve clients via email, phone and online meetings.
- Analyze data to authorize payments (CNPJ and CNAEs).
- Review fiscal documents and approve them for payment.
- Request documents and bank statements and monitor expenses.
- Organize, file and update documents on the network.
- Prepare and enter financial reports into systems such as SALIC and SECEC.
Requirements
- Technical certification or degree in Accounting or related fields.
- Previous experience in accounting and/or finance.
- Basic Excel for organizing and analyzing data.
- Comfortable with client service (email, phone, online meetings).
- Organized, detail-oriented and committed to deadlines.
- Available to work 100% remotely under a CLT employment contract.
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with Incentive Laws (Culture and Sports).
- Experience with financial reporting for incentive-funded projects.
