Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

• strengthen the quality and smooth running of important projects
• lead medium-sized project management teams
• contribute directly to projects and oversee assigned staff
• interface with clients and project team leadership
• drive the quality of project deliverables by creating objectives and budgets
• help ensure project timeliness and quality by identifying and mitigating risks
• prepare detailed SOW for clients

Requirements

• 6 years or more experience managing complex projects
• 3 years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
• strong knowledge in project management methodology such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management software
• ability to translate broader program objectives into clear project milestones
• leadership to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues
• strong executive presentation skills
