Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
Experience in external/internal sales in private, public, government, or military environments.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to use data to identify sales trends, understand customer behavior, and make informed recommendations to improve product placement and promotional strategies.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of 3M products and their applications, effectively educating and influencing customers.
Experience leading national key accounts in retail (preferred).
Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation and strategic planning (preferred).
