Content Moderator – Project-Based

Role Overview

• Review digital media from video calls and check if there are violations to client policies
• Investigate and resolve issues based on different work types within agreed-upon turn around times and standards of quality.
• Review and respond to inquiries with high quality, speed and accuracy according to defined policies and procedures.
• Understand and remain up to date with client policies and guidelines and make decisions based on them.
• Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for better accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our operations.
• Liaise effectively with other internal team members.
• Perform all duties assigned
