Proficient in accepting, developing, and planning Satellite Access Requests (SARs) for wideband SATCOM terminals.
Utilize the Common Network Planning System (CNPS), Wideband Remote Monitoring Sensor (WRMS), and Global Terrestrial Critical Control Circuit Subsystem (GTC3S) as planning tools.
Create and issue Satellite Access Authorizations (SAAs) based upon technical and operational plans.
Instruct control personnel located at the Wideband SATCOM Operations Centers (WSOCs) in mission-specific issues direction.
Follow all Wideband Planner Operating Instructions provided by the Wideband Cell Chief.
Work a shift schedule that provides 24/7/365 support to the RSSC.

Active TS Clearance required.
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
OD 8570.01-M IAT Level 1 certification (e.g. A+CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
Domain knowledge of Cisco IOS PKI CA server or integration of Cisco devices into an existing PKI infrastructure.
Advanced Linux networking experience such as KVM virtual switches and Virtual Machine Manager.
Network Security Technology to include encryption (HAIPE, IPSec, IKEv2, PKI).
Communication Systems planning with DISA and other GOVT TACLANE communications providers.
Previous experience supporting DoD/government customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a technical information environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
