Role Overview
- Maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker’s products.
- Deliver technical assistance at customer sites.
- Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker products.
- Complete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site.
- Assist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety notices and field action notices.
- Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances.
- Perform installation of Stryker systems on customer site.
- Perform Software & Hardware Upgrades.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level in engineering, electronics and camera technology or equivalent.
- Up to 1 year experience in medical electronics, combined with good mechanical skills (preferred).
- Valid Dutch drivers license.
- Experience and ability to build relationship with internal & external customers to drive brand loyalty.
- Must be capable of working in a varied range of scenarios including the workshop, hospitals, and theatres.
- Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English and Dutch.
