About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and mentor other team members
- Design frontend architecture
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices across the team
- Own features end-to-end: from design → development → testing → deployment
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders (business & technical)
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and drive delivery
- Contribute hands-on to coding, unit testing, and integration testing
- Validate proof of concepts and propose optimal solutions
- Troubleshoot complex issues and support the team
- Ensure alignment with business requirements and project goals
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience
- Strong experience with Angular (Spartacus is a big plus)
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/ES7/ES8)
- Solid experience with Web Components & State Management
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Webpack
- Strong expertise in SCSS / CSS preprocessors
- Proven experience in frontend architecture and design
- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Nice-to-have: Experience in eCommerce platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud / similar)
- Understanding of functional programming concepts
- Experience in enterprise/global projects
- Exposure to frontend performance optimization
