Contribute to the delivery of Copado Robotic Testing features, ensuring successful implementation following Copado’s backend standards and best practices.
Implement reusable components aligned with the Copado Unified Architecture, in partnership with Platform Engineering and other product lines.
Deliver backend services with well-documented REST and GraphQL APIs.
Deliver measurable performance improvements (latency reduction, caching, and efficient data binding) to enhance system responsiveness and scalability.
Adopt and promote AI-assisted development practices, leveraging Copilot and Cursor to improve code quality, speed, and documentation workflows.
Improve system stability by implementing logging, error tracking, and performance metrics within owned components to reduce production incidents.
Contribute to code reviews, investigations of customer-reported cases, and exploratory testing.
Requirements
Polyglot Fluency: Love of programming and fluency in more than one language. TypeScript and Rust are particularly valued.
Experience with AWS services, PostgreSQL, and other databases.
Experience in building containerized microservices with Kubernetes orchestration.
Proficiency in REST/GraphQL integrations with backend microservices, with a sharp focus on security and performance.
Expertise in AI-assisted development and a strong CI/CD mindset with experience in related tools for testing and delivery.
Passion for delivering high-quality, secure code that solves real user challenges.
