BC in Medical Sub-Specialty
8 years recent relevant experience
Strong background in health information technology
Leadership and management experience within a complex multi-site matric managed healthcare environment
Understanding of EHR technology to improve patient care quality
Working knowledge of clinical care information systems implementation process
Solid expertise in organizational change management concepts and strategies
Demonstrated knowledge regarding Stark, privacy and security laws and regulations
Significant experience developing and leading EHR training and support initiatives.
