Responsible for high-impact projects in organization and restructuring — from analysis and the development of target operating models to implementation and stabilization
Projects take place both on client sites and remotely
Design of operating models, governance structures and decision-making processes
Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams and teams in parallel
Manage complex stakeholder landscapes, particularly at C-level
Develop and implement restructuring measures focused on efficiency, performance and sustainable impact
Active role in business development and in expanding client relationships
Coach and develop team members professionally and personally
Requirements
Several years of experience in a senior role in organization or restructuring, either as a management consultant or in an in-house position, with proven success in implementing complex transformation programs
Strong expertise in operating model design, governance, decision architectures, and in developing and executing restructuring programs
Skilled in engaging C-level stakeholders with a strong understanding of business drivers and cost logic
Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to business development
Excellent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
High quality and execution orientation with a strong delivery focus
Leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams
