Working on digital media campaigns in cooperation with the team
Preparation and development of digital media campaigns, consulting appointments, trainings and presentations for our clients
Controls key figures and budgets, evaluation and presentation of KPIs, reports and analyses for our clients
Participation in the digital planning of measures on an annual and monthly level, as well as responsibility for implementation and optimisation in day-to-day business with the inclusion of customer journey analyses, attribution and dynamic budget
Supports on producing digital innovative and ambitious strategic and business solutions that balance client and agency values in close collaboration with staff and clients
Builds client relationships as a trusted digital advisor to client and industry stakeholders
Participates with team, in the clients' business: understanding their challenges, goals, external economic environment, markets in which they operate, competitive threats and relevant agency partners; knows their business model, performance and idea of success; has knowledge of the client's products and applies that knowledge to deliver innovative and ambitious plans and services to clients
Manages independent analysis and insights generation from studies, research & reports or in collaboration with the (Senior) Manager
Manages administrative tasks such as invoice management, campaigns in Leading Media, etc.
Works independently on pre-defined digital campaigns and reports regularly to the Client Director or/and to the (Senior) Digital Consultant
Works collaboratively across dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and dentsu
Leverages internal relationships
Regular, proactive reporting of all client activities to the Line Manager
Seeks help and flags risks at an early stage
Constantly and independently increasing levels of knowledge by contacting internal colleagues on questions
Represents the agency to the outside world as well as the client within the agency
Requirements
English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
2 years of work experience (media agency experience is a great plus)
