Role Overview
- Operate and monitor automated workflows in Control‑M
- Monitor health of transactional systems and availability dashboards
- Log, classify, prioritize, and follow up on tickets in ITSM tool
- Administer and validate backups and restorations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary resolver teams
- Identify error patterns and opportunities for automation
Requirements
- Operation of Control‑M (BMC) for jobs and chains (Java and SAP)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tandem, and OmniPayment
- CommVault Simpana and Veeam Backup & Replication knowledge
- ServiceNow or other ITSM tools proficiency
- Basic Linux/Unix knowledge
- Retail experience / El Palacio de Hierro exposure preferred
