About this role
Role Overview
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, policy configuration, and compliance reporting
- Package, deploy, and maintain software applications using Intune and related Microsoft Endpoint tools
- Implement and monitor device compliance and conditional access policies
- Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory and other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, update issues, and policy conflicts
- Create dashboards and reports on device compliance, patching, and deployment metrics
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing a Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows client operating systems and enterprise configuration
- Hands-on experience with application packaging (MSI, IntuneWin, PowerShell scripting)
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MDM frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting and reporting skills
- Recommended Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
