Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to surface churn risk, expansion signals, and consumption health.
Build executive-ready dashboards and reports using Power BI, optimized for clarity, performance, and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a similar field.
More than 3 years of direct experience in advanced analytics, data science, business intelligence, or data engineering positions.
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Verified background in developing scalable data pipelines, complex dashboards, and high-level reporting for executives.
Demonstrated track record of developing and deploying ML/AI models in production environments.
Solid understanding of SaaS business models and Customer Success domains.
Strong communication abilities with the capacity to clearly convey complex analysis to senior and non-technical audiences.
Excellent at coordinating various initiatives and achieving results in dynamic settings.
