Lead the functional design for D365 F&O Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.
Conduct discovery workshops to analyze "As-Is" processes and define "To-Be" financial workflows, ensuring best practices are applied to streamline operations.
Manage the complexities of global rollouts, specifically addressing localization requirements, tax configurations, and statutory reporting for Mandarin-speaking regions.
Create high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDD), process maps, and user training manuals in both English and Mandarin where necessary
Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders, translating technical limitations into business impacts and vice versa.
Collaborate with technical teams on data migration strategies and design robust financial reporting solutions using Financial Reporting (formerly Management Reporter), Power BI, and Electronic Reporting
Requirements
7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations.
Minimum of 4 end-to-end lifecycle implementations in a Lead or Senior Functional capacity.
Proven expertise in complex financial consolidations, multi-currency environments, and intercompany accounting.
Solid foundation in Finance/Accounting (CPA, ACCA).
Strong understanding of the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) as it relates to extending F&O capabilities.
Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and the Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT).
Mandarin: Must be able to lead technical workshops, negotiate requirements, and produce documentation for Mandarin-speaking clients.
English: Professional fluency for global collaboration and internal reporting.
