Perform hands-on testing of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product catalogs, pricing and discount scenarios, approval workflows, quote templates, and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
Execute functional, system, regression, and integration testing across SFDC environments.
Validate integrations involving REST and SOAP APIs and downstream systems.
Design, write, review, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation tools and frameworks.
Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or automated scripts.
Participate in release management activities, including regression cycles, feature validation, and deployment readiness.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality releases.
Track, document, and manage defects using test management and defect tracking tools within Agile delivery models.
Proactively drives quality through collaboration, process improvement, innovative thinking, root cause analysis and experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 8 years of total Quality Assurance experience, including at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CPQ testing.
Strong experience in functional testing and test case design for SFDC-based solutions.
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ components, including product catalogs, pricing and discount scenarios, approval workflows, quote templates, and system integrations.
Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using test management and defect tracking tools.
Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Provar, Copado Tosca, and robotic testing frameworks.
Experience performing REST and SOAP API testing using Postman and/or automated scripts.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across Quality Assurance, development, and business teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
