The Employee Experience Program Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving employee experience programs that drive connection, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
This role independently owns multi-quarter programming, translates employee insights into actionable strategies, and drives alignment across stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
The Program Manager plays a key role in connecting employee experience initiatives to business priorities through structured program design, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Design and manage multi-quarter employee experience programming aligned to organizational priorities.
Anticipate employee needs and tailor programs to business context.
Measure program effectiveness and continuously adjust based on outcomes and feedback.
Independently manage program operations, partnerships, and execution.
Conduct needs assessments and focus groups to identify gaps in employee connection, belonging, and team effectiveness.
Facilitate employee listening and connection initiatives independently.
Build structured connection approaches and frameworks based on insights.
Use employee feedback to recommend targeted actions that improve experience and engagement.
Analyze employee experience data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
Develop data-informed recommendations and track impact over time.
Translate complex employee data into clear, structured narratives for different audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
6-8 years of experience in employee experience, HR program management, or a related field
Demonstrated experience independently managing programs or initiatives end-to-end
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and develop actionable insights
Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams and levels
Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
