About this role
Role Overview
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
Identify and qualify high-quality leads within target markets.
Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate pipeline data.
Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and campaigns.
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates).
Provide market feedback and insights to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, or outbound sales role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Strong experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Experience working with international clients (US/UK markets preferred).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital services industries is highly preferred.
