Senior Backend Developer

Role Overview

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Java-based backend applications.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance REST & SOAP web services.
• Work in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) team across the full development lifecycle.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML-driven backend services.
• Implement cloud-native and serverless solutions on AWS.
• Follow secure coding standards and OWASP best practices.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Lead and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development and Backend architecture design.
• Strong experience building enterprise-grade, modular, and extensible systems.
• Proven hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot applications, cloud, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered backend services and LLM integrations.
• Experience working in agile development teams.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures.
• .NET / C# / .NET Core development experience.
• Experience in Oracle and MongoDB.
