About this role
Role Overview
- Gain expertise with NI tools and sales process while supporting customers
- Partner with an Account Manager to support customer sales requests
- Provide demos, training, and customer configuration
- Balance time between sales demand, marketing leads, and prospecting activities
- Develop test and measurement expertise
- Qualify demand and escalate opportunities to Account Managers
- Provide coaching and mentorship within the team
- Travel to customer sites for training and presentations
- Create a business plan for your territory
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
- Strong desire to pursue a long-term career in technical sales, marketing, or applications engineering
- Solid understanding of electronics, computers, and high-level programming languages (C, Python, LabVIEW, etc)
- Ability to relocate to a Paris (FR), Milan (IT), Munich (DE) or Reading (UK) for minimum of 2 years
- Willingness to relocate elsewhere in Europe if interested in Sales or Applications Engineering path
- Available for moderate travel
- English language competency and effective communication skills
