Own and operate end-to-end processes across pricing, activation, and transaction monitoring from design through steady-state execution
Build and maintain the pricing Source of Truth (SOT) across BFI and OFI layers, ensuring accuracy through regular validation
Design and manage pricing intake and change workflows, including monthly cycles, governance, and communication protocols
Validate FX rates, incentives, margins, and revenue share structures against contracts and resolve discrepancies
Own activation governance, including due diligence, go-live validation, and corridor activation tracking
Define escalation playbooks and monitoring workflows, including triage criteria, SLAs, and escalation paths
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort

5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking operations, or consulting
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, and validate queries and dashboards
Experience building and scaling operational processes in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across Product, BD, and Engineering
Analytical and investigative mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation, playbooks, and executive updates
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience designing SOPs, workflows, and operational governance models
