Lead, mentor, and govern the government compliance team to set direction, priorities and operating rhythm for government compliance activities
Deeply understand the government contracting compliance risk
Serve as primary contact for DCAA, DCMA and other government oversight officials
Manage audits, regulatory inquiries, and data requests
Lead Monthly Operating Reviews with owners of highest sub-risk areas to evaluate and support progress against KPIs
Provide oversight governance and support to CAS compliance sub-risk leader
Maintain understanding of risk controls used to manage this risk area
Monitor, test and improve control effectiveness and efficiency
Act as a subject matter expert on relevant government contracting compliance matters
Oversee the Site Compliance Review process
Prepare executive level reporting, presentations, and strategic insights on compliance performance
Lead development, implementation, and review of policies, procedures and associated documentation
Investigate compliance concerns, manage audits of internal teams and external counterparties relating to emerging risks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 12 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 14 years of professional experience
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in government compliance or accounting, finance, government audits or similar fields
