Lead development of commercial data and insights for Global Influenza portfolio priorities.
Conceptualize set of analytics capabilities and tools anchored to our marketing and launch frameworks to support decision making for Global Influenza including patient insights.
Partner with global marketing teams, DHH teams, and other cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and increase commercial rigor through all phases of pipeline asset development.
Serve as the Insights & Analytics lead to address key business questions through digital, data and analytics capabilities.
Lead Strategic Reviews, Insights squad, Trimester Business Reviews (QBRs), Prioritization meetings, etc.
Initiate and lead project(s) delivery with expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Excel-VBA, PowerBI or similar technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or business-related field
8+ years of relevant experience in insights & analytics, strategic planning, advanced analytics, market research, marketing or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Strong communication skills using effective storytelling grounded on data insights
Comfortable formulating actionable insights and recommendations from commercial analytics into presentations
Deep understanding of Real-world data assets and commercial healthcare data ecosystem
Experience in working in multi-national corporations with geographically distributed teams and matrix reporting lines
Relationship-building, problem solving and influencing skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
