About this role
Role Overview
Oversee a team of Aftermarket Representatives focused on driving growth in spare parts, upgrades, and strategic product offerings.
Develop the team to achieve critical business and financial objectives.
Engage in periodic travel to customer sites to assess needs and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, product management, and service teams for customer support.
Analyze business metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement effective countermeasures.
Negotiate terms and pricing on sales contracts; close orders to meet sales budgets and quotas.
Represent the company at trade shows and promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or similar.
5 plus years Sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
Previous Leadership experience.
Excellent communications skills, to be able to explain technical information clearly.
Ability to manage time and multiple projects.
Ability to think analytically and creatively.
Ability to accurately interpret/read manufacturing drawings.
