Provides administrative support in a high-volume work environment
Uses strong organizational and communication skills to provide exemplary service
Works within the Criminal Department and is responsible for the adjudication of all felony offenses in Maricopa County
Performs case management entry and retrieval
Responds to case-related inquiries from the public, attorneys, Judicial Officers, and Judicial Branch staff
Trains new and existing staff on departmental processes, policies, and procedures
Assists in the preparation of statistical reports
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Two (2) years of general clerical or administrative experience OR Equivalent combination of post-secondary education or job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis
Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
Familiarity with the Arizona Constitution and Arizona Revised Statutes specific to the assigned divisions (preferred)
Experience with multi-line telephone systems
