Role Overview
- Responsible for the management of a regional Field Medical team including field visits and 1:1 meetings
- Recruitment, coaching, training, and development of direct reports
- Monitor compliant execution of initiatives and track team field activity level
- Ensure each field medical member’s territory plan is strategic and actionable
- Manage the team through special projects and cross-functional support activities
- Develop strategies for maintaining lists of Neurology experts/investigator targets
Requirements
- Advanced medical degree required (e.g., MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, DVM)
- 10+ years’ work experience in Medical Affairs
- Previous experience as an MSL and leading a team of MSLs is required
- 5+ years Neurology pharmaceutical work experience preferred; in myasthenia gravis (MG) is helpful
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Veeva
