Provides support to a customer’s technical team by providing best practice advice and issue resolution during the customers’ integration project of D&B data products delivered through API.
Act as a mentor within the team, initiate and lead continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business information systems or related discipline.
At least 8 years’ experience in defining and building functional solution architectures that involve multi-layered, distributed systems.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS & Azure.
Experience in collecting and documenting requirements in formats such as user stories & use cases.
Familiar with designing and implementing distributed systems using methodologies such as UML, RUP, Agile, and Waterfall.
Possess broad knowledge of technologies and frameworks such as Java (Spring, Eclipse), .NET, XML, XML Schema, SQL, JSON, JSON Schema, SOAP, REST, & HTML.
Strong written and oral communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to tailor the content to suit the audience.
Results-oriented individual, able to handle multiple and/or complex priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
