Manage and Develop Partners: Nurture existing partners, identify, grow and recruit those with high growth potential, and support their development within the Axis program.
Prospect for New Business: Research, qualify, and establish relationships with new, promising partners in the market.
Educate and Inspire: Conduct training and keep partners updated on Axis strategy, technology, and solutions.
Collaborate and Strategize: Work with the internal sales, engineering, and marketing teams to drive business, manage leads in Salesforce, and plan partner visits based on market data.
Engage in the Field: Travel throughout Greece (and its islands), Cyprus, and North Macedonia to visit partners and represent Axis at trade shows and events.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role
Openness and enthusiasm to learn more about IT, Tech, and IP technology
Open-minded, patient, and service-oriented towards customers and colleagues
Experience in solution and value sales
Sales driven and efficient individual with ability to work with a remote team
A proactive attitude and the ability to bring new ideas to improve processes and efficiency
Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market (an advantage)
Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal)
A valid driving license
