About this role
Role Overview
Execute the Early Careers strategy, leading delivery of high-quality Early Careers programmes across N
Manage the full apprenticeship lifecycle, ensuring effective onboarding, progression and completion
Design and deliver learning solutions across a range of formats (in-person, virtual, blended and digital) to support apprentice development
Support the development and expansion of N’s Early Careers provision in line with the Talent Development strategy
Oversee the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account, ensuring accurate administration and funding management
Manage and optimise levy utilisation in line with N’s Early Careers strategy
Ensure compliance with funding rules across all apprenticeship activity, implementing legislative changes as required
Monitor Early Careers performance, using data and reporting to drive continuous improvement of N’s Early Careers provision
Build and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, partners and providers to deliver a high-quality Early Careers experience
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and policy changes to ensure compliance and successful programme delivery
Requirements
Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company, ideally multi-site
Proven experience managing Early Careers and apprenticeship programmes
In-depth knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance, with experience managing the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
Proven ability to lead and develop others, creating engaged and high-performing teams
Highly skilled in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
Strong facilitation skills with experience in blended learning design
Confidence using digital tools and learning systems (experience with Attensi is a plus)
Experience supporting early career learners or young people is desirable
Early Years sector experience is a bonus, but not required
