The R&D Robotics PMO will play a pivotal role in the newly established R&D Robotics Department, focusing on the governance, strategic alignment, and operational excellence of robotic projects related to CEVA’s warehouse, ground, air, and ocean activities.
Lead the preparation of governance Steering Committees (SteerCo): agenda, supporting documents, and decision-making summaries.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Establish and chair regular project steering committees to track progress and address challenges.
Consolidate executive reporting for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and recommendations.
Track and analyze performance metrics for pilot projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Structure and maintain the robotics project portfolio, aligning it with CEVA’s operational needs and Group R&D priorities.
Consolidate and prioritize cross-functional use cases for robotic solutions across CEVA’s activities (warehouse, ground, air, ocean).
Provide operational oversight for onsite pilots, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
Facilitate the transition from Proof of Concept (PoC) to industrialization, working closely with technical and operational teams.
Gather and escalate field feedback to the Group R&D team, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for the R&D Robotics department, ensuring alignment with CEVA’s digital and operational transformation goals.
Identify pain points in project execution and propose actionable improvements.
Support ad hoc projects or studies related to emerging robotic technologies, market trends, or process optimization.
Maintain a technology watch on robotic innovations, assessing their potential impact on CEVA’s operations.
