Support the full bid development process from RFP receipt through proposal submission
Lead material handling system design efforts using client data and requirements
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in material handling equipment, system technologies, and operational processes
Provide technical leadership during the sales phase, building client trust through industry-leading solutions
Create and document the Basis of Design and Description of Operations
Collaborate with clients to develop weighted Selection Criteria Matrices
Support projects ranging from $100K to $250M
Transition awarded projects to execution teams by working closely with operations
Requirements
At least three years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiar with core customer specifications and strong ability to document technical decisions with illustrations and clear verbal explanations
Proficient in automation layout and design with AutoCAD 2D and Navisworks
Working knowledge of 3D CAD modeling and drafting
Basic understanding of automation controls and an interest in cross-discipline responsibilities
