About this role
Role Overview
As part of an experienced SAP team covering job scheduling, SAP operations, SAP consulting & development, and service & product management, you will take responsibility for application support for Finance and Controlling in our internal SAP system, including active participation in the transformation to S/4 HANA.
With a focus on compliance and regulatory matters, you are the responsible contact person and technical audit liaison for scheduled audits of our SAP application systems and for the annual IT audits, working together with other specialist teams.
As the central contact person with a focus on authorization management, you are responsible for maintaining SAP users and roles for subsidiaries in the SAP systems. You perform authorization risk analyses and take on the functional oversight of licenses.
You coordinate collaboration with internal audit, external audit firms, subsidiaries and the Finance and Controlling departments at Atruvia.
Together with the team you develop concepts for documentation, application and process optimization.
Requirements
You have a degree in Business Administration or (Business) Informatics and many years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable qualification, as well as experience leading cross-functional (sub)projects.
You are proficient in the SAP Finance & Controlling module. Ideally, you have already provided application support in S/4 HANA.
You also have experience supporting internal audits and external reviews. You are highly familiar with authorization management for SAP users and licenses.
Your strong communication skills with external partners and internal colleagues, along with a pronounced hands-on mentality, characterize your working style.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
A strong service orientation, assertiveness, quick comprehension, and responsible thinking and acting complete your profile.
