Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or a related field — you have a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong problem-solving skills: You're a troubleshooter, think analytically, and find pragmatic solutions even in complex situations.
Appetite for learning & creativity: You enjoy developing original ideas and taking ownership to turn them into concrete results.
Technical interest and basic skills (e.g., coding) are a plus but not required — more important are willingness to learn and a basic understanding of digital tools and processes.
Excellent German and English skills — you communicate confidently in both languages.
Initiative & sense of responsibility: You handle uncertainty confidently and manage your projects independently.
Forward-thinking: You question processes, actively seek improvements, and bring new ideas to the team.
