Independently manage and optimize our marketplace presences (focus: Amazon Seller & Vendor Central and potentially additional marketplaces)
Performance-driven planning, management and scaling of PPC campaigns (Amazon Advertising, DSP, Sponsored Ads)
Accountability for revenue, margin and performance targets (ROAS, ACoS, conversion rate)
Create and optimize listings (titles, keywords, images, A+ Content, Brand Stores) with a focus on SEO and conversion
Ongoing reporting, performance analysis and development of measures to scale growth
Collaborate with logistics, marketing and management to ensure smooth growth operations
Monitor competitors, trends and platform updates

At least 3 years of experience in marketplace management and performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment
Proven success in budget management and optimization of PPC campaigns
Confident use of relevant tools (e.g. Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, Perpetua, Excel, BI tools)
Analytical mindset, structured working style and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to actively contribute to growth
Experience or interest in products for dogs & horses is a plus — but not required
